On the day of the service…
- Make sure that your pets are secured
- Make sure that your burglar alarm is turned off
- Make sure that your home is accessible to our crew
(Many of our customers provide us with keys to their homes)
- Leave fresh linens on the bed (if you want us to change them)
Please give us 24-hour notice if it is necessary to cancel or change your regular appointment (for Monday schedules, changes should be made by Friday 7PM)
Fees may apply if you do not call 24 hours before your schedueled cleaning.
